About the Job
We are seeking eager, like-minded, mental health professionals to work with our engaging, collaborative, and relational team! Candidates may be pre-licensed (CSWA, PC-Associate, MFT-Associate) or licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) providers who desire to support the mental and behavioral well-being of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as CBT, MI, BSFT, Narrative, EFT, Family Systems, DBT skills or the like.
- Formulate, update, and manage diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Complete risk assessments and safety planning as appropriate.
- Complete timely, concise, and thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with community, medical, and/or familial systems in service delivery as appropriate.
- Maintain service user confidentiality.
- Maintain good standing with state boards for continued mental health administration.
- Attend team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision.
- Serve clients in-person and virtually from our office.
- Utilize an electronic health record system for documentation.
- Keep up-to-date with mental health care knowledge through continued education/training.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Meet pre-licensure/licensure requirements as set by the state of Oregon.
DESIRED CULTURALLY-SPECIFIC SKILLS:
- Knowledge and ability to serve Black/African, Latino/Hispanic, and/or Native/Indigenous populations from a racial trauma lens.
- Willingness to serve clients who ascribe to religious/spiritual beliefs.
